This website provides general information about APA’s ship agency, chandler, and related marine services in Egypt. Content is for orientation only and does not create a binding service contract by itself.
2. Service requests
Operational services (crew changes, port calls, canal transit support, supply, logistics, and related work) are confirmed only after direct communication with APA and agreement on scope, timing, and commercial terms for each call or job.
3. Accuracy
We aim to keep service descriptions and contact details up to date. Port conditions, authority requirements, and vessel schedules can change; final arrangements follow live operational confirmation.
4. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, APA is not liable for losses arising solely from use of this website or reliance on general published information. Service liability for confirmed jobs is governed by the commercial terms agreed for that engagement.
5. Intellectual property

6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes related to website use should first be raised with APA at our Port Tawfiq office.
